Get your day started with this delicious PB Protein Smoothie that tastes like a peanut cup without all the sugar and fat. Creamy, delicious, and nutritious.

Serves 1 

Ingredients 

  • 1 scoop protein powder 
  • 1/2 banana 
  • 1 tbsp PB Fit powder 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) 

 

Directions 

Blend well in a blender and enjoy!

 

Tip: Choose a protein powder that contains minimal preservatives, low in sugar and fat, and higher in protein. I use Gold Standard Whey Protein Powder in Vanilla Ice Cream to make this protein smoothie.
