Fresh Zuchinni Spaghetti

Serves 4 

Ingredients 

  • 2 – 3 large zucchinis 
  • 1 tbsp organic olive oil 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 lb burger meat, 90/10 
  • 1 jar Rao’s Tomato Basil pasta sauce 
  • Shredded, fresh parmesan to taste 
  • black pepper to taste 

 

Directions 

  1. Brown ground beef and drain. 
  2. Using a spiralizer, spiral the zucchini on thick setting. 
  3. Sauté olive oil and spiralled zucchini on medium until al dente. 
  4. Add salt to zucchini and stir. 
  5. Add Rao’s sauce to ground beef and simmer. 
  6. Plate in order of zuchinni, beef mixture, and parmesan. 

 

Notes 

Many pasta sauces contain added sugar. Rao’s Tomato Basil is sugar free and delicious.
