Serves 18-20 

Ingredients 

  • 12 fresh dates 
  • 1 cup raw, unsalted almonds 
  • 1 scoop protein powder 
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut  
  • 1/4 cup water 

Directions 

  1. Using a food processer, add almonds and pulse until powder like. 
  2. Add protein powder to processer, combining well. 
  3. Remove seeds from dates and chop.  
  4. Add chopped dates to food processor and process. Slowly pour water into processor until mixture thickens. 
  5. You may need to stop, stir, and process mixture repeatedly until ingredients are well combined. 
  6. Roll into 18-20 balls. 
  7. Pour coconut on plate and roll balls in coconut until well covered. 
  8. Store in refrigerator.
