Serves 18-20
Ingredients
- 12 fresh dates
- 1 cup raw, unsalted almonds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
- Using a food processer, add almonds and pulse until powder like.
- Add protein powder to processer, combining well.
- Remove seeds from dates and chop.
- Add chopped dates to food processor and process. Slowly pour water into processor until mixture thickens.
- You may need to stop, stir, and process mixture repeatedly until ingredients are well combined.
- Roll into 18-20 balls.
- Pour coconut on plate and roll balls in coconut until well covered.
- Store in refrigerator.
